For repeatable downforce at any drive speed. The high gantry clearance on Hyulim units allows mounting the driver so it has low movement on the Z axis. This keeps the driver/robot geometry consistent for long-term trouble-free operation and less re-programming.

Large Dot Dispensing Array
Dot dispensing with standard arraying feature of the system. There are a total of 12 programmed points to do an array 8 dots each at 600 positions, for a total of 4800 dots. Hyulim's arraying feature is very accurate over large arrays (this one is 460 x 660mm), because it is NOT step and repeat. Instead, it segments the total array length in each direction to determine array points.

Laser tool calibrator for dispense tips, router bits, variety of other tools. The robot jogs the tool to the beam in appropriate increments for tool size. X and Y are calibrated, then Z calibration finds the end of the tool. The resulting offset is applied to program coordinates for high repeatability with variations in tooling. A handy calibrator for disposable tools or just to confirm tooling is OK.
Heated Potting Fixture, On-Board
Dispensing epoxy into Heated Fixture, custom to the parts and application. The heat helps potting settle quickly, reducing wait time for topping off the parts. It also prevents trapped air or cavities in the potting
